Currently, I am in on my second week of phase 2. While the first week was great (lost 8 lbs), this week the rate of weight loss has decreased. I am losing very slowly or none at all. I had an apple day on Monday because I didn’t lose any weight. Next day, I lose 1.7 lbs and it has been slow since. It’s Friday now and my weight is still the same. So, I have decided to go with another apple day. I am following everything as per the protocol. I’ve read that many people are having such issues during their 2nd week. Does it get better during the 3rd week or will I be disappointed?
