I am in my 2nd week of Phase two. My first week was superb and lost 7 lbs. Now I am losing real slow at times none at all. I had an apple day on Sunday as I didn’t lose any weight and voilaaa…next day, I lost 1.5 pounds. Again, things have been slow. Today is Friday & my weight is still the same as yesterday. I decided to have another apple day. I have been following the protocol as it is but at the end of the day I end up frustrated and angry. I have read many people are facing such issues during their second week. Does it get better in the 3rd week?
Maybe, it can happen in the phase 2 schedule later it can get perfect in the phase 3 diet schedule. However, the results vary from person to person. All you need to remain patient until the end of this weight loss schedule. Otherwise, you won’t be able to see the quick results for yourselves…:)
