APPROVED LIST Beverages and Sweeteners Allowed on the Original HCG Diet Tea Coffee Tbs milk Saccharin Stevia Protein Foods: 100 grams of any one of the following at lunch & again at dinner: Veal Beef Chicken breast Fresh white fish Lobster Crab Shrimp Vegetable Foods: One type of vegetable at lunch & one at dinner: spinach chard chicory beet-greens green salad tomatoes celery fennel onions red radishes cucumbers asparagus cabbage 1 breadstick (grissino) or one melba toast Fruits Allowed: One at lunch & one at dinner: 1 apple 1 orange 1 handful of strawberries 1/2 grapefruit Hope this helps!!!
