    Hello Everyone,

    I am on my VLCD (Day 3) and I am feeling hungry already. Is this normal to be hungry during beta hcg diet plan? Give your reviews. Thanks.

    Yes, it is absolutely normal so don’t feel guilty. We all have been there in that situation. The best way to tackle is by switching the attention from hunger and keeping yourself busy. This is quite a common issue and you will feel better within a week.

    Note that you can try appetite suppressants such as Phentermine or Raspberry Ketone that helps during the HCG diet in also keeping the mood and energy levels up.
