Currently I am on day 3 of my VLCD hcg diet plan. I am feeling so weak and hungry that I have lost the persistence to continue. I am still doing it. I am also adjusting my drops dosage. Has anyone else felt the same issue during the hcg diet?
It is normal for people to feel dizzy or hungry on the low-calorie diet. One technique is to keep yourself busy to take mind off food. If you are living an active lifestyle, then probably 500 calories may not be quite enough. You can try increasing the calorie intake up to 1500 calories a day. Note that it might extend your weight loss period even though you will lose weight.
