    I am currently on my 5th day of round 1 hcg diet. I was hoping hcg would be the answer for me. I have lost only 2 lbs after the loading days. Is it normal or am I expecting too much?

    Don’t worry, it is a normal thing while being on the HCG diet. All, you have to stick firmly to Dr. Simeon’s weight loss schedule. This could help you at getting the expected weight loss results by having foods with low carb and calorie contents.
    List of things added while being on the HCG diet include:
    Proteins like – Whitefish, Chicken, Buffalo, Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Extra Lean Beef, Scallops.

    Vegetables like – Celery, Spinach, Fennel, Cauliflower, Chard, Onions, Beet Greens, Cucumbers, Green Salad, Cabbage, Mixed Greens.

    Fruits like – Oranges, Grapefruit, Apples, Lemons, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries.
