Its my Day 6 of VLCD hcg diet and I am starving like hell….!!! I don’t know what to do. I am stuck at work and feel like slamming the keyboard out of hunger (which I literally am). Can anyone give me any ideas on how to divert my attention from food? Has anyone been dealing with such frustration during the hcg diet? Pls help.
So far I have not dealt with such kind of a frustration. Hence, feeling hard to answer this question. All I can say is that you stay motivated and stick firmly to your HCG diet. This practice will make you get used to the diet and will automatically divert your attention from food.
