    What is the eating schedule during hcg diet phase 2? Can someone please explain it to me how it works?

    For breakfast – It is recommended to have tea, coffee, herbal tea and non-carbonated zero calorie drinks.

    For lunch and dinner
    Protein choices include – Lean beef, crab, lobster, crab, fresh white fish, veal, shrimp.

    Vegetable includes – Spinach, beet greens, chard, green salad, chicory, tomatoes, celery, red radishes, onions, cucumbers, cabbage.

    Fruits include – Strawberries, small-medium sized orange, one apple and 1/2 grapefruit.

    All these foods include high glycemic index value that help you achieve success at meeting the weight loss goals.
