    Can we do any exercise on the hcg diet? If so, for how much time and what are the best types of exercise that will promote healthy weight loss?

    Exercise is an important step while having the HCG diet because it helps you preserve more lean muscle. Dr. Simeons ask you to perform walking exercise while being on the HCG diet. According to the protocol, it is recommended to walk one hour daily for at least 5 to 6 days a week.
