    Is the expanded hcg diet food list also applicable for Phase 2?

    No, there is a strict diet schedule meant for individuals on phase 2 of the HCG diet journey.You have to remain focused towards this diet. Otherwise, you won’t be able to lose weight successfully.
    Here’s a detailed list of phase 2 HCG diet:
    Proteins include – Chicken breast, lobster, crab, veal, beef, fresh white fish, shrimp etc.

    Vegetables include – Chard, chicory, beet greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, asparagus, cabbage and 1 breadstick or melba toast.

    Fruits include – 1 orange, 1 apple, a handful of strawberries and 1/2 grapefruit.

    Drinks and others include – Herbal tea, sugarless gum, bottled water.

    Condiments – Mustard, apple cider vinegar, Braggs liquid amino, any natural herb or spice consisting of pepper, salt, and garlic.

    Sweeteners – Stevia.

    Other than this you can also go for special HCG phase 2 recipes, discovered by experts on the HCG diet.
