Here’s a wonderful recipe named Sweet Baked Tilapia that can be added to your HCG diet plan menu
1/2 lb tilapia fish
1 tablespoon Bragg’s
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon water
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
First, preheat the oven to 430 degrees. Next combine mustard, vinegar, Braggs, lemon juice, water and garlic powder. Then mix them well.
In the second step, place the fish in an oven baking dish.
After this spread the sauce on the top of the fish and bake them for 13 to 15 minutes.
Remember when done the fish should flake.
Finally, add salt and peppers to taste.
