    Sure, here’s a detailed list of the grocery items included in the HCG diet.
    Proteins include – Beef, veal, chicken breast, crab, shrimp, fresh white fish, lobster.
    Vegetables include – Chard, chicory, spinach, beet greens, green salad, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, celery, 1 breadstick or 1 Melba toast.
    Fruits include – Oranges, apple, a handful of strawberries, grapefruit.
    Beverages and sweeteners – Tea, coffee, saccharin, stevia, herbal tea and sugarless gum.
    Condiments include – Mustard, apple cider vinegar, Braggs liquid amino, any natural herb or spice including pepper, salt, and garlic.
