    Is it mandatory to have 3 loading days or is two enough? I am confused how to choose as this is my first time with hcg. Views are appreciated.

    From my experiences, it is mandatory to for 2 days of the loading phase. Following are the list of foods that you can try while being on the HCG diet.

    In N Out Cheeseburger.
    Chocolate Milkshake.
    Beef spare ribs with barbecue sauce.
    Breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, whole eggs (yolks and all) and pepper jack cheese on a sandwich thin.
    Cheesy garlic bread.
    Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken.
    Lobster Bites (Cheesy goodness).
    Buffalo Chicken.
    Pastry desserts.
    Whole Fat Greek Yogurt.
    Celery slathered in Almond Butter.
    Almond Flour shortbread cookies.
    Coconut Milk Ice Cream.
    Salmon, lots of salmon.
    Avocado smoothies with flax seed, spinach, green apple, and cucumber.
