    How does the 3 week Hcg diet plan work if you are a vegan? I saw Dr. Simeons protocol that includes dairy and non-vegetarian foods. How can a vegan implement this diet? Plus the major question is can a Vegan have HCG drops?

    Yes, the vegans can follow the HCG diet and there are plenty of foods that vegans can substitute for the proteins in the HCG diet.

    For Breakfast – You can have tea or coffee in any quantity.Remember only one tablespoon of cow’s milk is allowed per day. Equally, Stevia is the only brand that will not slow down the weight loss process.

    For Lunch and Dinner – You can choose from any of the following options:

    One serving of protein includes – 100% natural whey (all the flavors)
    SunWarrior – Raw vegan or warrior blend
    Cottage cheese, one whole egg, tofu.

    Vegetables include – Lettuce, spinach, asparagus, cabbage, tomatoes, tomato, cucumbers, chard, onions, beet greens, radishes, celery, fennel, chicory.

    Fruits include – two servings allowed per day with an apple, orange, grapefruit, and strawberries.
