    Hello, I would like to lose 30-45 lbs. At such cases which would you recommend – Hcg diet 40 day protocol or the 23 day? I got someone to implement the 23 day protocol which is why I felt better to discuss here.

    Well, the choice depends on you – mainly because the results vary from person to person as what may feel right for you may not feel right for your counter partner. If you are new to the HCG diet then I suggest you go for the 23-day diet schedule. But, if you wish to lose about 35 to 45 lbs of weight.Then, you can move to the 40-day diet protocol.
