    Its my 2nd day of VLCD and I dont feel much hungry. Today I just ate approx. 400 calories. I am just curious. Can we eat fewer calories than 500 and still lose weight?

    Well, sometimes it would be better to have 400 in your intake. But, not always… it would be better that you stick with the 500 calories diet protocol. Further, you may clarify with an HCG expert for more detailed analysis on this subject.
