Well, you can cheat on the HCG diet to some extent. But, it would be good that you never cheat on your HCG diet. Otherwise, you won’t be able to acquire the desired weight loss results quickly. Watermelon, Cottage Cheese, Whole Wheat Crackers, Green Beans, Mixed veggies, Truvia, American Beef, Lotion, Turkey, Beef Broth, Chicken Broth, Chicken stock etc are some foods that can be used to cheat on the diet. Amongst this, I believe that lotions (not food) are the best as it is considered rich in fats and oils that could be easily absorbed into the skin and cause a gain in your weight.
