Fruits include – 1 orange, 1 apple, a handful of strawberries and 1/2 grapefruit.
HCG diet apple chicken salad
150 grams – Chicken cut into Cubes (Use 100 grams for Phase 2)
3 – Celery Stalks Diced
1 whole Apple
1 pinch – Nutmeg
3 Tablespoons – Lemon Juice
1/8 Teaspoon – Cinnamon
1 pinch – Sea Salt
First, cook the chicken and then cut them into cubes.
Next, dice up your 3 celery stalks and apple.
In this step, add the chicken pieces, celery, and apple into a bowl.
Then add the lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt to them.
Finally mix everything together and enjoy.
