    Can anyone provide me a sample menu of Hcg diet Phase 2 recipes or a website that contains such info? Thanks

    I stumbled upon a site on the internet and tried it. Its really good!!!

    Cabbage meatball soup

    Let’s see…so you will need

    1/2 cup Water
    1/2 cup Fat Free Beef Broth
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Basil
    1-2 Tbsp tomato sauce (an option)
    2 cups Cabbage chopped

    Mix water, broth and the rest of the spices. Now cook cabbage in the broth until done.

    Mix the meatballs and bake while cabbage is cooking:

    To prepare the Meatballs, you will need-

    3.5 oz ground beef
    1 Tbsp bread crumbs
    1 tsp milk
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    a pinch of black pepper

    Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape them into small meat balls. Place them on the baking sheet and cook for 7-9 minutes or until done.

    Drain the meatballs on paper towel and add them to soup. Add Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot!!!
