    What is the best hcg diet plan for weight loss – 500, 800, 1200, or 1400? What’s your take?

    According to me, 500 diet plan is the best, with this I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Mentioned below are the list of foods that can be taken while being on the HCG routine…
    Vegetables include: spinach, chicory, beet-greens, chard, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, 1 breadstick (grissino) or one melba toast
    Fruits include: 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 handful of strawberries, 1/2 grapefruit
    Proteins include: veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, shrimp
