    What is the best HCG diet plan to reduce weight – 500 or 800? There are lot of speculations going on regarding these two. Can someone provide me which is best recommended? user experiences are welcome.

    From my experiences, 500 calories diet plan is the best including foods like
    Proteins include: veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, shrimp
    Vegetables include: spinach, chicory, beet-greens, chard, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, 1 breadstick (grissino) or one melba toast
    Fruits include: 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 handful of strawberries, 1/2 grapefruit
