So, I have no other option but to quit early on Day 10 of phase 2. I wont bore you with my reasons (quite personal) and was wondering if you have advice on not gaining the weight back? So far I have lost around 5 lbs on the stage. I switched off the diet yesterday and have gained a pound already. Should I carry on to Phase 3? Any advice will be helpful.
Day 10 is too early to quit. Anyways Dr S says to go for a minimum of 23 days if you want to stabilize. But then you need to wait for the hcg to get out of the system. Only then should you eat Phase 3 foods. This includes NO STARCH, SUGAR foods or else you will gain back the weight you have lost. Yes, you will gain the weight you lost if you can’t go stay w/o carbs for 23 days after stopping hcg. 🙁
