    Are there any Hcg diet recipes available for phase 2? Much thanks.

    Low-carb lettuce wraps

    These wraps are not only juicy but are also low in carbs. Best is it takes only 10 minutes to prepare.

    You will need:

    100 grams (3.5 ounces) lean ground beef or steak (OR cubed chicken)
    1 tablespoon finely diced onion
    1 clove crushed and diced garlic
    Hint of garlic powder
    Hint of onion powder
    Hint of dried oregano
    Freshly chopped cilantro to taste
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    AND

    Lettuce leaves

    Tips

    Make sure you have plates or napkins handy as the mixture can drip a little at times.

    Directions

    Brown ground beef (or thoroughly cook chicken).
    Now add onion, garlic, and spices and a little water. Simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Serve it in taco style using butter lettuce, romaine leaf mock tortillas or with a side of tomatoes or salsa.

    HCG Orange Ginger Chicken

    1 protein and 1 fruit

    You will need –

    100g chicken – cut in chunks
    Black pepper
    Orange – cut in 1/4s
    2-3 cloves minced garlic
    1 T fresh ginger root (about 1/2″-1″ long piece, peeled & minced)
    1/2 t basil
    Juice of half lemon

    Directions

    Preheat pan in medium flame.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
    Add chicken to the pan and then stir fry till they are brown on all sides which will take about 5-10 mins.
    Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
    Squeeze juice of orange quarters over chicken.
    Peel & separate orange into sections. Add the orange sections, ginger, lemon juice, and basil. Stir well.
    Cover and simmer for about 20-30 mins

    Serve hot.

    HCG Balsamic Mustard Crusted Steak

    You will need-

    100g Beef filet or London broil
    1 tsp mustard powder
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    2 garlic cloves (minced)

    Directions

    Mix all the seasoning in a bowl. Line a broiler pan with foil and place the steak on top. Coat it evenly using mustard mixture. Now let it stand for 10 minutes. Broil steak to desired doneness i.e. 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Now let it stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

    There are lots of HCG recipes available online for phase 2 period. You can check with them. One of my favorite I would like to suggest is the Buffalo Chicken wraps – It’s quite easy to prepare and is filled with all kinds of flavor and punch. Here’s the recipe for your reference…

    Ingredients
    100 g chicken
    1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    1 to 2 t chili powder
    1 to 2 t cayenne pepper
    1/4 c water

    First mix all these ingredients in a Ziploc, afterward drain the liquid and grill or bake the chicken pieces. In the next step, shred or chop the cooked chicken. Add them to the lettuce leaves. Then crumble your melba toast and add Frank’s pepper sauce on them.
