    Is it mandatory to follow hcg diet under 500 calories or can we increase the diet while taking hcg???

    It is better to stick with the hcg diet original protocol that restricts the calorie intake to 500 only. However, if you are dealing iwth any health condition or feel that you need to increase your calorie intake you can do that as well.

    In fact, there are many hcg dieters who have implemented 800-1500 calorie intake and still lost weight. Probably they will lose weight a bit slower than 500 calorie dieters but if you want a higher calorie intake, you can bend the rule at your discretion.

    Just bear the above fact in mind…that’s all!!!
