Does it mean I can eat any number of vegetables in the day? Please clarify as this is a confusing concept. However, as per the original protocol by Dr. Simeons, VLCD is strict about eating certain vegetables only and not mixing them. But then you just cannot eat tomatoes all day or cucumbers all day. You can have the extra veggies for lunch or have fruits for breakfast as long as you have a protein food with your fruit. This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Hiral Patel.
