    Who has tried Zucchini for phase 2? Any good sample recipes would be really helpful. Thanks



    Here are two good recipes designed for hcg plan


    Bear in mind that you have to prepare spaghetti sauce and zucchini noodles separately while making this recipe.

    To make zucchini noodles, slice 4 medium zucchini very thinly. In a large pan, add some olive oil. Now sauté the sliced zucchini for few minutes. Turn off the flame when the vegetable becomes semi tender.

    To make the spaghetti sauce, you will need a lot of ingredients such as
    1. Extra lean ground beef
    2. Chopped onion and garlic
    3. Tomato paste
    4. Stevia
    5. Dried basil
    6. Italian seasoning and
    7. Dried oregano.

    Add pepper and salt as per your choice.

    For preparing this dish, take a large sauce pan. Turn on the flame and add the crumbled ground beef, garlic and onion. Cook the meat till the meat gets brownish. Reduce the flame and add other ingredients one by one. Stir for a few minutes and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Add the zucchini to it and mix well before serving.


    You can have this dish with any protein.

    You will require 200g Zucchini sliced. You will also need –

    1. Onion
    2. Garlic
    3. Fresh tomato
    4. Oregano
    5. Thyme
    6. Fresh basil and
    7. Black pepper

    Use salt as much you need. Now saute onion in a pan. Add some water and then the zucchini. Cook it till it becomes brown. Then add garlic along with other ingredients.

    Your dish is ready!!!
