As per Dr. Simeons, you lose around 0.5-1 lb a day. However, some people report losing up to 2 lbs a day. This does not go for everyone as no two bodies are the same. So if you lose a tad bit less, don’t be disappointed as after 6 weeks, you can do another round of HCG diet program.
