    Can someone suggest a decent hcg drops 500 calorie diet plan with the diet menu. I am looking for more food which can be filling and less calories. Vegetables are good, i know a lot of water is a good thing too. But am looking for specefic vegetables which can leave me fuller for a longer period of time. In the meanwhile please do put in your diet plan so that i can choose some.
