Can hcg drops lead to kidney failure? I have heard that there are many side effects of hcg diet which includes hair loss, depression, liver & kidney failure etc. If so, please let me know.

In the initial stages, many users have reported that HCG can lead to variety of complications like headaches, blood clots, restlessness, leg cramps, constipation, hair thinning and depression. But, other than this HCG can also lead to life threatening conditions like ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome (where ovaries over stimulated by the hormones can swell). This in turn, leads to abdominal pain and weight gain leading to blood clots, kidney failure and electrolyte imbalances.
