Do I have to eat low carb diet even w/o hcg drops forever? So I had done couple of rounds of hcg drops and have lost weight. But the moment I am off the diet, I started eating again. Even though I limited my sugar, I ate good carb foods and could see the weight gain. I wanted to exercise but didn’t. I don’t want to go through another hcg but I cant stay off sweet foods forever. While I am okay with low carb foods, no one can stick to eating clean forever. So am asking what is the key to stay healthy w/o hcg drops and indulging in cravings without feeling guilty? Is it mandatory to stick with low carb diet?
Moderation is the key….anything too much or too low can be detrimental to health…So stay in moderation, exercise good and get relief from stress. Stress is one of the most underlying factors why people indulge in a binge.
