Just received the Hcg EZ drops by Dr. Keith Robbins that comes with 800 calorie diet. Just clarify why has the manufacturer changed the 500 calorie (as termed mandatory by Dr Simeons) to 800-calorie diet? Is it okay to shift the calorie range? Please explain.
I have no idea about the product. but I can tell you about the calorie variations.
While the original protocol asks you to stick with 500 calories, many people are unable to stick with calorie restriction as low as 500. Hence, the variation. It also minimizes many possible side effects due to low-calorie diet especially for those who are on medication or under any health condition.
