A quick question. I read the info of the mixing instruction but had a doubt. I am using 2,000 IU hcg injection. It is in powder form. Am I correct that you need to put 3 cc’s of bac water to the mixing vial and then 1 cc of 2000 IU powder to mix? Then you need to draw and put it back to 3 ccs of bacteriostatic water. Right? So overall you will use 4 cc of bac water per mix 2000 iu of powder.
Yes. You can mix hCG with 4 or 8mL. I usually mix my 2000iu vials with 4 and do it exactly as you have mentioned. Just make sure that you get every last drop out from the hCG vial.
If you are using insulin needle, then the dosing chart will be:
125 iu dose = .25 ml/cc, or 25 on the insulin needle
150 iu dose = .30 ml/cc, or 30 on the insulin needle
175 iu dose = .35 ml/cc, or 35 on the insulin needle
200 iu dose = .40 ml/cc, or 40 on the insulin needle
