For those who are not aware, IM injection is when you push the syringe deep into the muscle while self-administering. However, SubQ injections are administered just beneath the skin which seems to work just as well with IM in many people. So even if you have a tiny insulin needle, you can use the SubQ method.
Many think that when you are using subcutaneous injection method, you need to increase the amount of HCG hormone. I don’t think this is true in any way because there are many dieters who have lost their weight using the same dose as IM hCG injection and still lost weight. They didn’t increase the dosage at all.
But then not two bodies are the same. So if at all you feel extreme hunger during the SubQ method, you can try increasing the dose to 25IUs at a time till you feel satisfied.
I am not an expert and hence always recommend to consult the medical practitioner before trying on any new diet whether or not you are dealing with any health condition or taking any meds.
