I have been taking hcg drops from last week. My target is 15lbs and I have been doing everything as per Dr. Simeons. I have been rechecking my diet guide over and over but didn’t find anything wrong. Then why the plateau from the past 3 days? Any comments on how to break the plateau?
Plateau or stalling is common in hcg diet program. Almost every hcg dieter has gone through this issue. The solution is to indulge in a steak day or an apple day. This means eating nothing but 6 apples a day with coffee or tea. If you are doing steak day, you can have a large piece of steak at dinner with coffee or tea all through the day.
