HCG is currently one of the popular weight loss type. I see so many people lose weight on it rapidly. But my question is: has anyone kept it off for a year or may be more? I understand the rate of any one keeping off the weight they lost for more than a year is really low. But I am just curious has anyone done it and how have they maintained? Did you have long term success with these hcg drops diet? For instance, what changes did you make?
No, it would be hard for me to answer this question as I have tried the HCG diet schedule for few days only (hardly 7 to 10 days). Later, I decided to quit the schedule as I couldn’t find the expected results on my body.
