    I am new to hcg diet and looking for any ideas to make lunch more exciting especially during phase 2.

    Has anyone tried any delicious recipes? Pls do mention. Tnx



    Sure!Here’s a list of some interesting recipes to make your HCG diet more wonderful…

    Low carb lettuce wraps
    100 grams (3.5 ounces) lean ground beef or steak (or cubed chicken, if preferred)
    1 tablespoon finely minced onion
    1 clove crushed and minced garlic
    Dash of garlic powder
    Dash of dried oregano
    Fresh chopped cilantro to taste
    Dash of onion powder
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    Salt and black pepper to taste
    Lettuce leaves

    First, brown the ground beef
    Then add onion, garlic, spices and a little water and fry them for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Serve them in taco style in butter lettuce along with a side of tomatoes and salsa.

    Cucumber salad
    Cucumber, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Onion Salt, Dried Parsley, Stevia

    Mix vinegar with spices and stevia. Then toss the cucumbers with the vinegar mixture and refrigerate them for 1 hour.
