Are there any other meal ideas for hcg diet except for the one in Pounds & Inches of Dr. Simeons protocol book? Is anyone following another ideas or is can we experiment with the ideas? If so, what are the things to keep in mind?
Here are some of may favorite HCG recipes that I used to try while being on the HCG protocol. This could really help you achieve the weight loss goals. Few I would mention for your reference…
Garlic Basil Marinara Sauce
2 large tomatoes
3 oz. of tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon onion (chopped fine)
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
First, with a help of a food processor puree the tomatoes into the desired consistency.
Then pour them into a sauce pan and add the broth, garlic, basil, onion and oregano.
Cook them slowly for 45 minutes. Remember that you stir often and add the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Similarly, you may also add additional water while cooking for getting the desired consistency.
100 grams of lean Steak
Fresh ground black pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
First, tenderize the meat to make them flat.
Then rub a pinch of salt and black pepper on the meat.
After this, grill or cook them on the high flame for 4 to 6 minutes.
In this step, add onions and Worcestershire sauce on the top of them.
