    Can someone provide me Phase 1 hcg diet food list i.e. the loading phase? What are the foods that work best for hcg diet?



    Load up anything you want i.e. all your favorite foods. Try to indulge in lot of fatty foods that are good for your health such as Omega 3 as they will benefit your body manifold. Also try to include beans, starches that will keep your hunger at bay especially when you enter the phase 2 stage.

    The reason why I say is because it worked for me.
