Does anybody have the vegetarian Phase 2 food list for hcg diet? Even a website url would do. Thanks

NOTE: This is the original 1950’s HCG Diet food list by Dr. Simeons Protocol. I have removed the non-veg foods for your comfort.

ORIGINAL HCG DIET PROTOCOL – APPROVED LIST

Beverages and Sweeteners Allowed on the Original HCG Diet

    Tea
    Coffee
    Tbs milk
    Saccharin
    Stevia

Protein Foods: 100 grams of any one of the following at lunch & again at dinner:

Here are few protein options for vegetarians.

You need a source that offers 25 grams protein in your daily serving and is absolutely fat-free. Bear in mind to check the ingredients and that there are no added fats, starch or sugars.

Option 1: 3 egg whites plus 1 whole egg can be substituted for a portion of meat. Dr. Simeons would allow this when patients became adverse to eating meat.

Option 2: 100 grams 0% fat cottage cheese is allowed on occasion.

    Alternatively, you can have

    1. Jay Robb Eggwhite Protein shakes
    2. Jay Robb Whey Protein shakes
    3. Unflavored whey or egg protein
    4. Non-fat Greek yogurt

Vegetable Foods: One type of vegetable at lunch & one at dinner:

    Spinach
    Chard
    Chicory
    Beet-greens
    Green salad
    Tomatoes
    Celery
    Fennel
    Onions
    Red radishes
    Cucumbers
    Asparagus
    Cabbage

1 breadstick (grissino) or one melba toast

Fruits Allowed: One at lunch & one at dinner:

    1 apple
    1 orange
    1 handful of strawberries
    1/2 grapefruit

As per the modern HCG 2.0 Protocol – additional ingredients

    Drinks & Other

    Herbal Tea (sugar free)
    Bottled water
    Sugarless Gum
    Sweeteners

    Stevia

    Condiments:
Braggs Liquid Amino (healthy soy sauce variation)
