Lunch: Salad w/ lettuce greens, spinach, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, bacon, olives, etc. You can add as many raw veggies as you like. You can enjoy it with a fat & sugar free creamy dressing or vinaigrette.
Mid afternoon Snack: Cheese stick
Dinner: Grilled Steak with Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, and colorful raw veggies salad or steamed asparagus w/ butter & natural herbs.
