So, I have lost 20 lbs in 23 days which is not that bad. Actually, pretty good for myself. Now entering Phase 3 w/ hcg drops I have a question in my mind. Can I start back with exercising? I haven’t done any exercise when on the hcg drops diet plan. Now that VLCD phase is over, can I go back to my routine of exercising or should I wait for sometime?
