The transition to Phase 4 is challenging as many tend to go back to the old eating habits. But to be honest, you can eat anything under the sky. Just avoid 1. “white” foods like breads, rice, pasta, flour, chips AND 2. sugars, starch foods 3. Fast foods especially in restaurants 4. No processed foods The best way to have a healthy phase 4 is to try and eat more organic foods as much as possible. Your carbohydrates should come from natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. That’s it.
