    Hi, I am a newbie and appreciate your answers. I am currently on vlcd day 7. While i am losing pounds I was wondering if I can eat protein on hcg diet as long as i stick to 500 calories. I have done Atkins in the past but there are so many controversies surrounding the diet.

    Keeping that aside, protein really fills me up and I feel less hungry. I love eggs so why can’t I indulge in eggs limiting myself to the said calorie.

    Any advice?



    Okay so I am not an expert but I heard that you can have eggs as per Dr. Simeons protocol – 1 egg with 3 egg whole whites. but as long as you are restricting to 500 calories, I dont think you should be having any problem.
