    Yes, I second that….The modified HCG diet 800 calorie protocol plan second edition (written by Sonia E Russell) is available on purchase at Amazon and eBay. There is no free download available…trust me I checked πŸ™

    800 calorie hcg diet protocol food guide:

    Here’s a list of foods that are included in the 800 calories diet…

    For proteins – eggs, egg beaters, beef (lean), chicken breast (skinless), turkey burgers, sea bass, white meat turkey, sole, flounder, halibut, grouper, snapper, tilapia, perch, oysters, lobster, crab, shrimp, scallops, clams.

    For vegetables – unlimited – spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage, brussel sprouts, green beans, tomatoes, asparagus, onions, celery, parsnip, broccoli, radishes, kale, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, dill pickles, bean sprouts, beets, squash(summer squash has limited portions due to high carbs), eggplant, bok choy, pumpkin, leeks, collards, bamboo shoots, sprouts, snow peas.

    For fruits – 3 a day including apples, peaches, all berries (1/2 cup), pear, orange, tangerines, grapefruit (1/2), cantaloupe, nectarine.

    For teas and beverages – diet sodas, green tea, black tea, carbonated water, coffee, tea, crystal light,PowerAde Zero (no sugar), Silk Brand light vanilla soymilk or unsweetened organic original (6 oz.), Diet V-8 Splash, Silk Brand unsweetened Almond Milk (6 oz.), very limited low/ no fat cow’s milk (less than ΒΌ cup), Coffeemate (original), Designer Whey Protein to Go packets.

    HCG diet 800 calorie protocol menu (sample):

    The plan includes a breakfast with 3 fruits a day, large lunches along with sugar-free snacks.

    For lunch – It is recommended to have 4 oz of fish, chicken, turkey (white meat of both), beef.

    For dinner – Same as included in the lunch. Along with numerous selection of HCG friendly frozen recipes (with no carbs like Atkins).

    For snacks – Zero sugar jell O and choc pudding, no fat cheese, soy chips, Walden farms spreads, Murray sugar-free cookies, sugar-free popsicles.
