You might not wanna do that as you will be STARVING in the days ahead….They are VERY important. Besides, you will easily lose anything the weight loss that you gained. Even with some people in the loading days feel hungry for the first 4 days. Trust me, skipping the loading phase is literally inviting trouble.
Please don’t do it and you will not only feel miserable but might not even succeed if you do it that way.
Loading phase has more to do than with hunger. There are many thing associated such as-
1. filling up with good fats such as omega 3 will benefit the body
2. body might go into starvation mode without necessary fat and you will end up eating more causing a cheat diet.
3. your body might stop losing weight triggering a stall or plateau.
Think about it before planning to skip loading phase. 🙂
