    Can we have veggies only for hcg diet phase 2? Any info will be helpful.

    It is the combination of many foods that work with hCG to deliver weight loss. Having veggies only will deprive you of the nutrients from fruits and necessary protein. Hence, it is crucial to stick with the hcg diet. Any swaying can fluctuate the weight loss.
