I thought hcg was supposed to keep your appetite under control. It is the 4th week of phase 2 diet and I am still feeling hungry. I am this close to losing my mind. Any tips on how to divert the attention?
It’s quite common that if you are taking high dosage, try to lower it. Right now what you can do is skip your hcg today. See how you feel. You might feel better. If that’s the case, lower the number of Drops that you take.
Another thing to divert the attention is to keep yourself occupied in some activities that would make you happy and keep your mind off from food. 🙂
