Many people wonder what the food list is for the HCG Complex diet. Here is a list of allowed food during the diet phase. This may not look exhaustive but this is for the starters. Note that there is portions in weight which you have to know before you start a hcg diet with hcg complex Drops. This may vary based on what you eat.

The usual diet contains meat, fruits and vegetables. There are 100 Grams of meat per serving and it may vary from the kind of meat you eat. For instance, chicken skinless is different from the ones with skin and you are advised to avoid chicken with skin.
