How and why Hank decided to undertake this 21-day diet program?

In the beginning, Hank’s weight always used to remain stable around 200. In the meantime, he kept on trying some diets. But couldn’t come up with high success levels. Then accidentally, Hank decided to go for the HCG diet schedule. The very next day he ordered for the Amino diet drops and immediately started with its dosage on arrival. With this, in the initial stages itself, Hank began to notice a huge difference in his body pattern. He lost about 18.8 lbs in the first few weeks and 23 lbs in the later stages. This used to make Hank remain motivated during the entire weight loss struggle.

Sideways, he brought some good changes in his daily routine – he developed 7 hours of good sleeping habit and also used to consume 2 to 3 liters of water every day. Day 1 – with weight 222.8

  • Breakfast – 4 fried eggs with yolks, 1 bowl life cereal, 1 tbs coconut oil, 1/2 cup 2% milk.
  • Snack – Homemade sugar cookie.
  • Lunch – Panda Express chow mien and fried rice, sweet fire chicken, beijing beef, chicken and string beans, 1 fortune cookie, water.
  • Snack – 1 oatmeal raisin cookie and a handful of hot Tamales.
  • Dinner – 17 chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, 2 flavored lemonades, approximately 100 oz water.

Day 2 – weight 225.6

  • Breakfast – 5 scrambled eggs with cheese, 12 oz OJ.
  • Lunch – Double-Double from In-n-Out with grilled onions and fries, strawberry shake.
  • Snack – Cereal bar, 4 tbs peanut butter.
  • Dinner – 5 boiled eggs, 1 doughnut, 1.5 tbs butter.

Day 3 – weight 227.0

  • Breakfast – 24 oz. herbal tea
  • Lunch – HCG egg salad, 1 piece wasa bread.
  • Snack- 1 orange.
  • Dinner- 1 bowl cabbage soup.
  • Snack -1 small apple.
  • Total water – 100 oz.

Day 4 – weight 223.0

  • Breakfast – 24 oz. herbal tea.
  • Lunch – Chicken lettuce taco, 1 small cucumber, 1 wasa bread.
