The Core Phase – i.e. The Low Calorie Diet Phase

Eggs on hcg phase 2 is one of the commonly asked questions. Though the answer is YES on phase 2, make sure that eggs must be the last resort if you cannot tolerate even a bit of poultry, meat or fish. Do not make eggs as part of every meal.
